Boozy Moments Mustard - Savoury Gin
Our yellow and brown mustard seeds are soaked in organic Apple Cider Vinegar then cooked at a low temperature with botanicals typically used in Gin and a little garlic, Australian Sea Salt and organic agave nectar for good measure. We then partially grind it to create a hybrid of coarse and smooth creamy mustard. Of course, we use Australian Old Tom Style Gin for that extra delicious flavour. Substitute this unique mustard for any of your usual mustards.
